These hoops are made for adults and are heavier than children's hoops. The colourful friction tape and the extra weight help to keep the hoop up!
Hooping is invigorating and can burn 400-600 calories in one hour!
Sizing:
Hoop size is mostly based on height. Please indicate your height, and also if you are a plus sized hooper so we can make you a larger hoop.
Colours:
Pick 1 smooth colour and 1 friction colour, or 2 friction colours.

Regular hoops are $30 each. Please indicate your height in the comments. Also, don't forget to indicate if you are a plus sized hooper.Collapsible hoops are $60 each. They break down into 4 pieces, and come with a specially made carrying bag. They come in regular size and large.
The Hoop Dance Workout DVD: $20
With HoopGirl Christabel Zamor, the workout begins with a warmup and continues non-stop! Christabel teaches the basics of hooping, including hoop recovery techniques and ways to control hoop speed. Drills alternate with the Dance Party sections, where you can play with creative expression. The workout also offers combinations where you can get in the groove and practice what you have learned.

Pick up for hoops is now at Serpentine Studios, 1668 Barrington, Suite 200 (2nd floor), Halifax, NS. We accept email money transfer, debit, Visa, MasterCard, and cash.
Hoops are usually ready for pick-up in 1-2 weeks. You will recieve an initial order confirmation e-mail, and another e-mail when you hoop is ready for pick-up.
Shipping is only available for collapsible hoops and DVD's.
In Canada: $15 for collapsible hoops, or $5 for DVD's, and $5 extra for each additional item.
